The rooms at Peng Jai in Chiang Mai are super cozy and comfortable. They have that warm, homely feeling that just makes you want to snuggle up and never leave. I loved the decor and the soft lighting, it really added to the relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud!
The bathroom had a glass door, which didn't give much privacy. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Lovely pool and great price
One night, there was a party in the garden that went on till 1am and it was quite noisy, but luckily it didn't ruin my overall experience. The pool was really nice and refreshing, especially in the hot weather. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a good shower. The staff were friendly and there were plenty of nearby restaurants and pubs. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Thae Pae gate. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Superb: Nice location, close to attractions, cafes, and restaurants. Nice pool and clean room. Good value for money. Cons: Hot water had a habit of taking a break. Great room and room service. Pool was great, breakfast not included. Some staff members with interesting moods. Cons: The main receptionist surely had her reasons for never being in a good mood. Good budget accommodation: Nice for budget accommodation, good wifi. Mattress was firm like sleeping on the floor, staff not always available. But hey, it's all about the budget, right?. Very nice hotel with pool: Nice deluxe room facing the pool, good aircon, hot water, and bed. Pool and garden were nice. Just a minor detail, no towel hook in the bathroom and beware of late-night party goers.

I had a wonderful stay at Peng Jai. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any questions or concerns. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a minibar and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. the shared kitchen was clean and organized, making it easy to prepare meals. the location was perfect, with massage places, eateries, and laundry services just a few steps away. It was also convenient to reach the night bazaar and Sunday market. Peng Jai was a great find for its price.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊.

We also appreciated the easy access to the airport for our various departures. the peaceful garden provided a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere for our downtime. the rooms were generously sized and came equipped with a minibar, coffee, tea, and water, perfect for much-needed refreshments.
The staff were somewhat unenthusiastic and forgetful at times, leaving us with unwashed towels and a lack of restocking of essentials.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The first thing I loved about it was the value for money. The prices were very reasonable and definitely worth it. The hotel also paid great attention to detail, as everything was well-maintained and clean. The location was another highlight for me. It was conveniently situated in the city center, making it easy to explore everything and get to the airport without any hassle. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. I had a great experience at this hotel.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the beds. They were a bit old and not the most comfortable.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a lively area with plenty of options for dining, drinking, and renting bikes. the staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable with all the basic necessities provided.
One small drawback we noticed was that the doors didn't lock automatically, so we had to be mindful of locking up every time we left the room. the breakfast was a bit pricey compared to the local options, but we found plenty of delicious and affordable spots nearby.

The hotel had a beautiful pool and comfortable rooms with hot water showers. Its location offered easy access to nearby attractions and delicious restaurants. Best of all, the hotel had a festive atmosphere perfect for Xmas travelers!
The staff lacked enthusiasm and seemed uninterested in helping guests. the noise level was quite high due to nearby construction.
